Il D3A è lieto di segnalare che dal 23 al 25 gennaio 2024 si svolgerà, nella sede di Ancona, il convegno: "Innovations in Food Loss and Waste Management".
Il convegno affronterà i temi "Innovative Sustainable technologies TO extend the shelf-life of Perishable MEDiterranean fresh fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants and to reduce WASTE (StopMedWaste)” e “Sustainable Network for agrofood loss and waste prevention, management, quantification and valorisation (FoodWaStop)”
